I found out Regal is indeed in some real pain. Had a quick look and by my calculations, I think they still hold about 13M shares. Hope they are not pumping all of those out in a panic! Have a look at some of their other holdings and what they have done recently....it ain't pretty.....MDR is relatively lucky!!

On the bright side, the underlying business is great and MDR is in a great place to assist pharmacies & broader communities in this crazy Covid-19 world. Whatever Regal does it does. Could be some further short term pain but at some stage they will stop selling and the upcoming 2 or 3 MDR quarterlies will tell the real story. I firmly believe this stock will be at 70c this calendar year but depending on Regal's actions the sp may suffer a good bit more in the short term.
