At a loss as well. However MDRs market share In Australia is exceptional and no other outfit can match them currently. With tech or Pharmacy subscribers. My personal thoughts are they under sell themselves and need to be realistic in fee structure. They should up fees by 10% at least per yr, yr on yr for awhile or possibly charge per service ie 10c per vaccination submitted. They may loss a few customers but i doubt it would be many, they are very sticky and Australian pharmacies don't like change but will do it when needed but for a sm fee inc no way.
I have been told the messaging app is one feature
but the immunisations and other features are starting to outway the original APP.
Could any pharmacist on this thread agree to this?
