Has anybody had positive experience from a share consolidation??
In my experience, it’s a consistent NO!
I have sent Robert Read an email asking him to provide some evidence of there due diligence on the proposal, as opposed to opinions/assumptions (Ref quote from the Ann “The Board believesthe proposed consolidation is an important step towards...”) of the board.
Unfortunately his response was vague and evasive. From his answer, I take it that this decision has been not investigated nor substantiated, other than likely a majority show of hands.
Would love to hear examples whereby consol has worked in favour of shareholders/market cap.
