i dont think "happy to" is the right phrase. More like, no broker is willing to raise money for cannabis atm. Cannabis does not have a bullish scenario right now at all. In fact, cannabis has found it so hard to raise money for such a long time that virtually every broker in the country gave up on the sector a long time ago. Im reading up on the space and many small players overseas have simply closed up shop, while big players are bleeding due to small margins. ME1 isnt any different, also heavily affected by these headwinds. From an investor perspective Cannabis has been out of fashion for a very very long time while other sectors have flourished, so to get a raise away here it surely has to be done on different terms (big disc, more options etc) to other raises to entice people to participate.
