    Dec 13 (Reuters) - Australian Government Takeovers Panel:

    • Made a declaration of unacceptable circumstances on 29 nov in relation to application by Thomas Reddicliffe
    • Connsidered that issue of 50 mln Merlin shares to Regals following conversion of convertible notes contravened s606
    • Considered that Mordechai Gutnick was associated with his father Joseph Gutnick and Regals Fund LP
    • Panel made orders prohibiting Regals and its associates voting 50 million of their Merlin shares for period of 12 months
