Good points posted by Quanyum and mavafun! A lot of cash has been plashed on incompetence over those three years. Dished up "cut and paste" annual reports with not much more than date changes.
I can't bear the thought of having to endure the same treatment being dished out on some new acquisition. I recon get this lot done and dusted then move on. At least then, those that have had quite enough of overpaid incompetence can jump ship hopefully with some capital gain!
