Although I hope there is no CR, I don't think its a good idea to believe everything that management (for any company) say regarding funding. Look what happened with RAP. Management promised no CR a week before they put one out. Of course a CR is last resort but if they cannot get the funding, which so far they havn't been able to, they will have no option but to do one. Lets hope MM pulls something off soon otherwise I am afraid to say that a CR is imminent, before the share price gets hammered even more. They are doing a lot of press recently, which usually is a signal of pumping the price up for a more attractive raise. Time will tell.
