recent 15million dollar capital raised is enough for 20 nano satellite launch for Q1. If they have issues with not enough funding, then the board members should NOT be paid due to failure of fund management. The company then do not deserve a new CR (at least not my money) until they launch the 20 satellites or make drastic change to management team / compensation terms.
The CR was for the satellites, not for them to buy more properties via salary.
Again, this is if they fail to launch the 20 satellites via the raised capital.
Share holders will have to vote against them to show discontent in management failure.
