What first mover advantage? seems like launch delayed from to Q1 to Q2 or whenever. That advantage is small. considering how deep the pockets of the companies, they can rapidly launch more satellites and complete their constellation sooner. SAS is struggling with a mere 20 (funding and manufacturing mainly) and our launch period is dependant on bigger company launch. SAS will just hitchhiker other bigger payload so time frame is up to THEM, not SAS. then there will be new CR to supplement whatever small revenue they can gain from 20 satellites to complete the 200.

SAS needs to hurry up with the 20 launch and they'll miss the boat.
