Don't think for a second that even if they go through an institution investor they will get it for a discount this report says it will be for what ever price they are at the time.
So it's in everyone's interest holders and new holders to get in befor this may happen
Once they get the money which ever way they end up getting it this will rise.
And as you see it wont be for a discount according to this report.
