Here is a thought. Some party partners up with SAS for $50 Million. They receive 20% of the company. Does that mean New market cap of $250 Million?

Follow that through and there is now 2,31 Billion shares.

    Or, 10.8c per share.

So adding a partner may revalue the company higher? Only if the deal is done in this way. The aim is for 15% of the company but the buyer will obviously negotiate their position and aim for a bigger holding.

I would be happy with this outcome. What say you folk?

Co-Invest could be a good chance for this as $50 Million is a small stake of their investment portfolio. Long term bets are great for future f type funds in a similar vain as the Australian Government Future fund buy commercial realestate overseas that will not have a tenant for 8 years. Returns tomorrow donot matter so much but the big picture has to have a lot of high potential growth prospects. I think SAS fits that mold nicely.
