Having pondered this further I think thatu we’ll see a small group (2-5 people) invest for about $10m in the next few weeks.  That plus the approx $3m already in the bank could be enough to pay the last bill to GOM which will get the first batch up. That gets up, a little revenue, and then the big institutional raise for $50m to finish.

I would guest s at a 35% dilution from here (10% now and a further 25% for the $50m).  I suppose there could be some crafty selling of founder shares and loaning back to the company scheme, but it will be easier to dilute and reverse split, I think, so we’ll more likely see that.
