there are 2 positive news waiting in my view
1. 1 mil around AR showing in balance sheet. there is no clarity on this amount. I guess that news kept aside for a reason.
2. 5 c option is too near to 3 c CR amount... this is contingency for debt financing.
3. CR is over subscribed for sure or just "At money"

negative
1. delay in launch
2. insurance
3. debt financing
4. Brexit

SP may go up slightly but it will surely touch down to .023 or .02 before launch.
