Well my expectation is that the CR is going be undersubscribed, perhaps worse than the last CR. I also expect that any bank finance to be nothing more than a fantasy and is impossible, at least for the amount that SAS needs.
I expect the SP to go to 2 cents until the next CR, that I would expect to be done at 1 cent.
My best guess is VA early 2020. It really is a shame that I can’t short this...
