To begin with SAS currently would only have 10.8 million AUD cash after fees and debt to gomspace of 3.2 million AUD. So you are absolutely wrong. Furthermore, SAS only has 5.414 million AUD to spend to pay suppliers. It is clearly stated and is not up for debate.
Like I said, everything hinge on the so called "bank loan". If that fails, which I think it would, then SAS would need to go do another CR. Probably at 1 cent.
As for headstart, SAS is cash strapped, outsources almost literally everything, SP down in the trash bin and only has 3Ds test satellites in the sky. There is no headstart whatsoever.
