Looks like Gomspace really need this to happen for their own survival. Could there be any chance they're looking to turn the existing customer-supplier relationship into more of a JV execution, bankroll the project to some extent, or at least make it look a bit more attractive/credible to financiers if they are part of the team steering the ship. And in return they take a big slice of any future possible revenue. Maybe 6U was primarily their idea?
