There are so many ways to respond to this but the short version is that you are incorrect.
Q4 is when the company plan to launch it's commercial services. Meaning revenue generating. I was referring to launch of sats Q3/2020 and did say best case scenario.
Going by your interpretation the company is 14 months to 18 months away. Fair enough - if that is how you view it.
No wonder the company replied the way they did. The information is in the Ann.
Either way I am not concerned with providing someone wrong just thought I would share my take on it.
