Lebba you keep posting unsubstantiated information stating Meir took a pay cut.

This is false and has been verified by the auditors who signed off on the remuneration report - refer to the tables which show Meir receiving almost the exact same in consulting fees in 2019 and 2018. This is despite his consultancy agreement apparently being cancelled on 31 December 2018.

I think it goes to show why SAS is possibly one of the most hated ASX stocks out now.

I think it's a completely fair conclusion that the Company will go into administration. It's a FAR more fair conclusion than thinking the Company will succeed.

Even the directors right now think they won't succeed - they think the Company isn't a going concern and don't think that they will raise the full 15m!!!
