1 billion shares came out of escrow, which is 54% of the company.. Management own other shares on top of that, hence own more than 55%.. Market cap around $100m.. If it was $250m then it would be overpriced at present, imo.. Plenty of potential though if they can get the first 20 pearls in the sky..
