Also if you do your research you will see that management have said it will not be for a discount here it is for the ones that are to lazy to do research and just post crap to try drive the price down for themselves to enter.

SAS Directors have advised us that any equity raise in Australia would be prohibitive at the current share price. Hence SAS is currently pro-actively seeking a strategic investor(s) internationally.

I seem to recall some comments saying there would be no CR before the last CR. SAS need money and if another source doesn't materialize real soon a CR
still happen. If you can provide a link where SAS definitively state there won't be a CR I'm happy to be proven wrong.
Something I'm yet to make sense of is Gomspace state SAS owe them about $3M and they expect it this quarter, but I don't see this in SAS forecasted spending. Can anyone explain this?
