Double down on stupid is your plan? Can you not understand the plain English of the links you cite?

As I said and as both your links agree, non-exec directors do not have day-to-day role in the company but do have a role in the boardroom. That role includes sitting on committees and sub-committees and voting on strategy and board level decisions.

You do not understand how corporate governance works in our this (and every other well-governed) country. Passionately restating your ignorance does not make you any more understanding.
