Battery's charge goes flat as ZBB debuts down on ASX

Australian battery maker, ZBB Energy Corporation, had a disappointing listing on30 March 2005. The company's shares were issued at $A0.50 but closed at$A0.30. ZBB raised $A6 million, which will be used to commercialise its batterytechnology. It will undertake a joint venture to enter the Chinese market.Biopharmaceutical company, Phylogica, also listed, and its shares closed abovethe issue price of $A0.20 at $A0.26. Wealth management group, Select ManagedFunds, floated as well. It closed at $A3.99, just below its issue price of $A4
