To mine eyes this looks like a long-term play by both companies. The timing looks great with MEI projected to start production in the second half of 2027.
"Neo Magnequench plans to begin phase 1 production in 2025, with a production target of nearly 2,000 tonnes per annum of rare earth magnet block. In the second phase, the company plans to produce 5,000tpa."
