........theory...... Having thought a little about the position MBP finds itself in EPT are looking extremely good.
MBP have a similar market potential to EPT, but their market cap is almost 5 x that of EPT. Both are about to enter Phase III trials and trying to hook up a JV partner to fund it ($20-30 Mil).
So a JV parner with MBP might end up with 4% of the company compared to a JV partner with EPT ending up with 15%.
EPT are clearly in a strong position to entice a partner. Perhaps this is why Millen has been selling? In doing so he sends a bad message to the market , but at the same time keeps the s.p down so as the leverage for JV partner is maintained.
That's my theory anyway, what do you think?
