    • ENTERED FORMAL SHARE SALE AGREEMENT WITH MINOTAUR EXPLORATION LTD TO ACQUIRE SAINTS AND LEINSTER NICKEL PROJECTS
    • AT COMPLETION, MINOTAUR MAY APPOINT ONE DIRECTOR TO AUROCH'S BOARD.
    • AUROCH HAS AGREED TO ISSUE 1.8 MILLION ORDINARY SHARES TO PARTY THAT INTRODUCED ACQUISITION.
    • CONSIDERATION FOR ACQUISITION 18.3 MILLION SHARES, WILL RESULT IN MINOTAUR HAVING A 15.2% STAKE IN CO
