I won't be able to listen to the BRR until tonight, but the comments on here are some good reading.

when he said 'healthy cash position' was there any mention (either in the question or the answer) of the first payment that is due next month. I assume Zeff was saying that the cash position is healthy knowing the expenses coming up - but wanted to clarify if anyone is able to.

Can't be long until some big buyers start to push this up. a bit of a dribble of more news will get some notice of the market!
