    Metallum Limited's (ASX:MNE) shares are in pre-open this morning following the ASX granting the company a trading halt.

    Metallum requested the halt pending details of a material operational update.

    The company's focus has recently been on Chile.

    The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 12th October 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
