Very quiet on MFD threads!

I understand that many holders are concerned about the governance aspects of the Company, especially with the largest shareholder now having open access to the Company for any future vend-in arrangements via the Genius Learning agreement.
BUT having a requirement to maintain arms length independence from Genius, as an ASX listed company, and the fact they've appointed a new Chief Financial Officer should ensure other shareholders don't lose out wrt the returns on the portfolio of Child Care centres.

And the Company’s share price equates to a 6.9% fully franked return on past performance, which is expected to pick up in its Half Yearly, that should be released about 19 August (the date it was released in 2022).

It's not a bad investment if it meets that (or more likely an increase in) dividend! Last year 2 76 cents, with an Ex-date 25 August.
