I don't disagree with you wrt the conflict of interest for Genius.
Strange that there was no formal notification re status (withdrawal) of BB from its initial t/o interest, but of course Genius just wants it to fade into the distance.
I have no doubt the share price has been kept down by continuous selling from outgoing management, but that can only last so long, and some disenchanted shareholders.
But in the meantime its nice to pick up ~7% fully franked income, which should increase (especially with Genius being the major beneficiary).
And ultimately if the business continues to grow that can only translate into either of or combination of dividend growth and share price appreciation.
I'm in no hurry to do anything other than watch the company, and possibly build a larger position. (I have been slowly buying the odd share or two.
