Well most of those businesses that will receive the tax cut in the DOW already have enormous amounts of money and are not investing it. I don't see how a cut in their tax will make them all of a sudden have an investment boom. Small and med business no problem, large business... I am not convinced.
In my view they would spend and invest it if they had a reason such as meeting an increase in demand... If there was one.
