Boys I have absolutely no issue with you selling to Fonterra
I think next year Fonterra won't be so generous
I just struggle to see how you can demand $3 for mgc
You want to bottom draw your mgc shares.... talking to farners they think your shares will be worthless if a take over doesn't occur given mgc debt and milk loss
So you won't accept $1.50 when your downside risk is zero. Seriously that is crazy
There is no way a buyer is going to pay the crazy price Saputo did
I believe Bega will make a cash and script bid for mgc around $1.50.... I have no inside info just a belief bega wants mgc and here is there opportunity. They also have great respect amongst farmers
Accc won't all any other Australian company can buy them
Saputo may make joint bid with Bega
I will recon they have waited to see mgc accounts
So as a unit holder I ask you use commonsense and accept a fair and reasonable takeover price not some pipe dream based on the milk mgc once processed
