    Apr 1 (Reuters) - MGT Resources Ltd (MGS) :

    • Says Cloud Adventurer Limited and Marvel Network Limited have signed a term

      sheet with MGT Resources Limited

    • $6MLN convertible notes due for redemption on 19 August 2016 will be

      converted into preference shares on a dollar for dollar basis
