    • UNANIMOUSLY RECOMMENDED THAT MUSGRAVE SHAREHOLDERS ACCEPT OFFER IN ABSENCE OF A SUPERIOR PROPOSAL
    • OFFER CONSIDERATION IS BEST AND FINAL AND WILL NOT BE INCREASED UNLESS THERE IS A COMPETING PROPOSAL
    • OFFER IS EXTENDED TO 15 SEPT 2023
