Liabilities can come from not being able to pay rent and other costs. I picked up more at 49.5 cents hoping that this does not become inslovent and turns around at some point. Looks like the recent acquisition has become a disaster as can be seen in the destruction of shareholder value. Maybe we will see 35 cents soon.
