Given that we have seen downward pressure on commodities (at least in US dollar terms) and as a consequence our mining industry has taken a hit, plus the retail sector looks as though it is just recovering, I think these guys have done well to maintain their dividend.
The upside will come once the economy improves, and this generally occurs once a new government is in place. A change breeds optimism, which is much needed in our market.
I'm looking forward to the next phase.
