    Aug 10 (Reuters) - Migme Ltd (MIG) :

    • Solaris failed to deliver on its obligations and in interest of migme shareholders, co terminated process and is evaluating alternative options
    • Expects to announce an alternative plan shortly
    • Refers to agreement with Solaris Power Cells, whereby Solaris was to acquire operating assets of Migme in scrip based transaction
