    March 15 (Reuters) - Migme Ltd (MIG) :

    • Shares are in voluntary suspension pending finalisation of a US$6 million convertible note financing
    • Is in advanced negotiations with a number of financiers and corporate entities in relation to finalisation of convertible note series
    • Expects voluntary suspension to end on or prior to commencement of trading on friday 31 March 2017
