I don't see what's confusing.....it's there in black and white.
Albermarle pay US$1.15B for 50% of the tenements of Wodgina excluding IO and Tantalum.
They then setup a 50/50 JV company owned by both that fund, build, operate the mine etc.
MRL gets the exclusive contracts to crush, transport ore etc and Albermarle get exclusive rights to market and sell the Li.
Very clear to me and an OUTSTANDING deal for MRL which will set this company up for a very very long time!!!
