market telling you MINRES lost out BIG TIME
and now has a legal action coming to pay damages for breach of contract, it already lost its $1M cash deposit and likely facing $20M damages for getting nothing rather than $15M to get a large Li HUB & MILL.

This is on top of its AGO debacle where it gave up its AGO bid to Gina (with AFs help) who went on to make $20B from it from $450M, NUTS.
Your management is real A class, sure.
MINRES owes POS BIG TIME imho.
