Mint Wireless Limited (ASX:MNW) has appointed a new CEO and Chairman.
The mobile transactions provider will welcome Robin Khuda as CEO and Alex Teoh as Executive Chairman in May this year.
Mr Khuda has held senior roles with a number of IT and telecommunications companies having worked with both start-ups and multimillion dollar mergers of ASX listed companies.
The company says the appointments will help progress their growth aspirations of becoming a world leader in mobile payments.
Mint Wireless reported a loss of $1.63 million in the first half of the 2014 financial year.
