D99 it was Peter and Ian resigning. Peter does not have many shares maybe only $10k worth not really a consideration in the scheme of things besides shares currently 2.5c probably 50% less than he paid and I don't think Ian even has any shares as he was relatively recently appointed. Interesting timing day before Christmas?! Both Personal reasons (that's what all say) they obviously see writing on wall and or realisation Melior RTO not only poor choice but bad deal for mlm SHs. Never heard of this new replacement director Alan Evans no one I know knows him could be just mate of remain board and management, look forward to details. DYOR
