    July 20 (Reuters) - Milton Corp Ltd (MLT)

    • entered into an agreement to acquire all issued capital of an unlisted investment company with total assets of approximately $18 million
    • Milton shareholder approval is not required in relation to proposed share issue
    • consideration for acquisition will be issue of new milton ordinary shares which will not participate in co's fully franked 2017 final dividend
