The above table is from Citibank's analysis on HPAL, and I think you will find there will be a few cab's off the rank before Wingellina, due to the massive CAPEX required. Also with the time taken to actually build I wouldn't bank on Wingellina operating in the next 10 years.
Nifty will have sunk or made this company long before then.
