Anyone buying nifty and/or the Paterson land ain’t turning it on tomorrow. The bulk of it is uneconomic at the current pricing environment and looks to be that way until either the price increases substantially and sustainably or higher grade material is discovered across the tenement package. Either of these things will a number of years and hence the best choice of action would be to realise some cash through the sale of any equipment they arent utilising - is just sitting there rusting.
