Maybe they don't think any of the deals on offer are good enough so instead they are asking to do an equity raise. Maybe they are trying to put pressure on the board to not take a bad deal so they can invest more at a low valuation? This is where APAC could do a disservice to the the other shareholder and what the previous MD warned of. Anyone remember?
