if APAC act alone???or in a PAC ???
manipulated the market for self interest ???
if they really act on behalf of all shareholder, they could buy Nifty from Mlx for 35million.
in return they make a round 60millon after SP raise.
run Nifty and spin it off with 25million Cash.
