Interestingly this has come out as the shareprice is starting to rise...could be to get the market to factor in a cap raise so therefore hang back....maybe their scared of losing control of the price prior to their bid....additionally its conditioning the board that's there's easy money available, which would be tempting given current conditions to take....what can be assured this is for Apac's benefit no one else's.
Further to my MGX comments this would also get Apac around any Takeover Board objections of offshore interest being ASx listed.
