    ALL IMO There could potentially be a case for Shareholder oppression, but there is nothing wrong with freedom of speech, just not forthcoming speaking out of turn like that. Given that Brett is on the board this looks pretty poor.
    The question really comes down to the votes, power and control.
    Frank posted a great article and any purchase could potentially be blocked.
    The question I have relates to corporate governance.
    Now that APAC have shown their hands, would Brett skill be able to vote with a conflict of interest?
    That said, there is nothing to show the vote won't be unanimous.
