- Agreed to sign an appropriate confidentiality agreement to access more

- Says the offer period under Metals x's offer will now close at 5pm awst on 24
March 2016 unless otherwise extended
- Extended its off-market takeover bid for all of the fully paid ordinary
shares in aby to 24 March 2016
