- Metro mining - panaust has option to acquire additional 18.75% of metro's interest in project for further us$5 million expenditure on exploration
- Asx alert-metro mining agreement with panaust-mmi.ax
- Panaust has option to purchase metro's remaining 17.5% of metro's interest in project for us$9.5 million
